Vale – AlphaXO claims manager, Alison Bonsor

AlphaXO Risk Partners is deeply saddened to advise the passing of its much-loved and respected claims manager, Alison Bonsor.

Alison began her marine insurance career in the UK before moving to Hong Kong, Athens and then Australia. For the past 15 years, she has worked as a marine claims manager, alongside the founders of AlphaXO and longstanding colleagues, at OAMPS Gault Armstrong, FP Marine Risks and AlphaXO.

She was known as a true expert and a person of integrity, with exceptional knowledge in the field of marine insurance claims.

Everyone who met Alison had positive things to say about her. She was the rock clients would rely on to assist them through challenging claims. My colleagues and I are proud to have known and worked alongside her. The AlphaXO team and the wider marine insurance industry has lost someone special.

Alison lost a long fight with cancer and leaves a husband and two teenaged children.
